The good: Convenient location, hospitable hosts, mostly clean, easy check in, comfortable beds, clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash supplied, projector, foosball, balcony for relaxing. The bad: Saw 9 roaches in 3 nights (the host offered immediate pest control after the first night which we appreciated, but we declined because I didn't want anyone in the home while we were out and valuables were in there), you can hear the downstairs neighbors shouting obscenities through the floor, the surrounding homes are not kept up which makes the street feel sketchy and run down (1 home is seriously dilapidated), our bedroom door was coming off one of the hinges, some of the furniture on the balcony was falling apart, the foosball table needs some maintenance, one of the beds is really squeaky, the stick to turn the blinds closed in my room was broken (a stub stuck out and I had to stand on the bed to reach it), the pull chains on the bedroom fans are way too short and hardly reachable, one of the fans rocks back and forth on the ceiling when on the high setting, the freezer was covered in thick frost on all sides, the refrigerator froze our milk.Overall: This place worked for my family to stay in while visiting Savannah, and we did get restful sleep. The hosts were polite, so I kinda feel bad about leaving this review, but a lot of this stuff needs to be addressed.
