The room was perfect except for 4 tv channels. Would’ve bee nice to relax before bed and watch something on tv but we made due with Netflix and the tablet. Definitely no hot water but we made it fine.

This property sits directly in front of one of the best snorkeling spots on the whole island (Mangel Halto Beach). Accommodations were clean and the set up was very secure. The rate is incredibly low, which equates to not very much in the name of amenities, there is no hot water, & communication is limited but OK. Best value on the island. Who needs hot water when you’re in paradise?

Week in Aruba

We prefer to stay at VRBO properties as opposed to hotels but we chose this particular place for the location. This is a chill neighborhood with great swimming and snorkeling near and past the breaker. We always rent a vehicle and I would suggest one whether you are staying here or not. There are a number of great restaurants a short drive away. The property itself was clean and perfect for us. John, Marie and staff were all extremely nice, helpful and attentive. If you are considering staying in this area of the island I wouldn't hesitate booking. Simply walk across the road (not busy) to the shore with shade and chairs. There are a couple local bars and a small grocery store within walking distance. As a bonus there is a great little restaurant behind the property called La Tavola, go there for at least one breakfast and dinner. The owners Ana and Juan Carlos do a great job! If we return we will stay here again. Zero regrets and loved the location, just book it and have fun!
