On the first floor of an elegant, chalet-style residence, in a quiet village on the outskirts of Sestriere, this apartment, for 6 people, makes an ideal holiday destination all year round.
The living area has a large corner sofa with a traditional dresser and flatscreen digital TV. The wooden dining table is next to the open-plan kitchen and has seating for 4 people. The open-plan kitchenette is equipped with a cooker hob, microwave and fridge.

The sofas in the living room convert into 2 comfortable single beds.

The neighbouring valleys, such as the Argentera Valley and the Vallone di Thuras, offer a network of trails with varying degrees of difficulty, and it is possible to organise guided outings with environmental hiking guides by prior booking. There are also numerous routes in the area for mountain bike and downhill enthusiasts at all levels. For our guests, there are discounts in affiliated shops for e-bike and muscle bike hire. The nearby Sestriere offers an internationally renowned golf course (18 holes, par 65), a swimming pool and tennis courts. For the summer of 2023, the stages of the trial motorbike and enduro bike world championships are scheduled at the end of July, and in the first week of August the important international athletics meeting and the Sestriere film festival. History lovers should not miss the re-enactment of the battle of Assietta in July and the guided visits to the Fortress of Fenestrelle and the Chaberton museum in Claviere.
