This charming apartment is on the ground floor of a pretty village house in the centre of Jovenceaux. The apartment sleeps 4 people and throughout the year it makes an idyllic refuge, yet it is close to all the amenities of the village. In the winter months, guests can ski directly in and out of the house and enjoy the majestic slopes around Sauze d’Oulx.
The living area décor is simple yet very stylish. With wooden floors, a comfortable sofa and armchair, a flat-screen TV and a painted alpine-style blanket chest. There are two glass doors leading out onto the small balcony that looks over the shared garden. The dining table is next to the open-plan kitchen. This is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, a Mokka coffee maker and fridge/freezer.
Outside there is a sweet private garden, with wooden sun loungers and a dining table for meals during the summer months.

Bedroom: The fresh master bedroom has a king-size double bed and an antique wooden wardrobe.
Extra: One of the sofas in the living room converts into a double bed.
