Our chalet is a cozy wooden house and is located next to the main house with the apartments. The barbecue area, playground and swimming pond are just steps away. Of course you can use the sauna and the solarium (for a fee) in the main house for free. Our holiday idyll lies on a sunny plateau above Sautens in the Ötztal amidst meadows and forests. The distance to the center is about 3 km, to Ötz about 6 km.
Dogs are welcome.
We offer free use of our own natural swimming pond (about 800 m²), barbecue area, children's playground and extensive lawns. Internet Wi-Fi in all five apartments and houses for free. In the main house there is a sauna, which can be used by all guests.
We offer our guests their own horse farm. Riding season from mid-June to early September. We offer riding lessons for beginners and advanced, leash lessons at the riding arena, free riding on the riding arena as well as accompanied rides into the area (only for trained riders). We also like to organize special children's programs, such as guided rides through the forest. We rent the Landhaus Anna with its own and exclusive wellness house (for 1 - 8 people), the Chalet Astrid (1-4 P) and 5 apartments in the main building. (for 2-6 persons). We offer our guests a free bread service. You can reach the most beautiful ski resorts in Tyrol within a few minutes by car. In 5 minutes you are at the ski resort Hochötz. The Kühtai ski area can be reached by car in 25 minutes and Sölden in 30 minutes by car. You can reach Obergurgl and Hochgurgl in 45 minutes.
We offer a free ski shuttle to the nearby valley station of the Hochoetz-Kühtai ski area. Other winter sports: 2 toboggan runs in the immediate vicinity of our facility. Ice skating, night skiing, cross-country skiing, curling etc.
All our apartments and holiday homes are equipped with the highest rating of 4 edelweiss.
