Overall very happy with our stay, the staff are great, very happy and polite. Everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast was ample and well cooked we were catered for very well. My only issue would be the room was a bit small and the bed a bit hard but we didn’t let it spoil our stay at all.

We loved how friendly all of the staff were in the hotel. The family who run the hotel clearly care very much about each and every guest and nothing was too much trouble for them. They are all lovely people who keep their hotel really clean and the beds and pillows were super comfortable. I really loved the dining room and pub decor and our breakfasts were served fresh and hot, so 10/10 for the breakfasts! We were very happy with the two recent stays we had and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Gower Hotel and will definitely return.

INCREDIBLE staff. The loveliest, and most helpful. The breakfast was amazing, the room was lovely and clean. All they want to do is make sure you have a pleasant stay and just a stones throw from the beach! Can't recommend this place enough. Amazing value for money

Generally the hotel was good, staff friendly and helpful, good breakfast, excellent access, location etc. Our only issue was that one of the rooms we stayed in (34) had a noise problem when we think either a fan or a bathroom was used elsewhere in the hotel. We reported this to the staff.

Not enough parking for visitors on arrival.. The staff are fine however the hotel needs a complete refit. Rooms very dated. Old pine furniture and fixings. Clean and tidy thankfully. Breakfast was OK but basic with not much choice. Sorry but we won't be returning. 🙁

Great location. Lovely breakfast in a modern Orangery. Car parking enough for 12 cars roughly, it is down a really rough track behind the hotel though. Rooms were fine, a little bit dated but clean. Could do with some blackout curtains as the sun streamed in really early.

Food ; breakfast was menu chosen night before , not a huge choice. Portion size for cooked breakfast was small . The bacon was lovely. Not great coffee. They did feed my daughter with out charging extra which was very appreciated Staff wise : lovely friendly lady who checked us in Sunday evening with light hair, really friendly. Also the cleaner on the first level who stopped what she was going to help me find my charger I had left but was removed from 2nd level Location : amazing very close to beach front..car park at the back, very lucky to get a space as was busy / small car park. Tip if you arrive midday when previous night guests need to vacate space by. Room has everything you need. Even a fan which was appreciated in the heat. The water in the shower wasn't very powerful.

The place is dated and tired the beds were auful the one bed had not one but + uriene stains plus pubic and long grey hairs under sheets and mattress covers , and creaked a lot when getting in and out. Also duvet cover was ripped and although clean the towels were stained.If they get the basics sorted then it was value for money.
