Cottage 'Gîte Baladou proche Volcans d'Auvergne'

Fully renovated stone cottage combining charm and comfort, located in a peaceful mountain village at 1,050 meters altitude. Free internet access with Wi-Fi. The cottage is attached to the owners’ house but is completely independent, with a furnished, flowered terrace from spring onwards, offering a beautiful mountain view.



Accommodates up to 5 guests and is fully equipped: beds made on arrival, bed, bath, and kitchen linen provided at no extra charge. There are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with heating. The 68 m² space is spacious and comfortable. Baby bed and high chair available on request.



Enjoy a private barbecue, washing machine, TV, ski storage, and a space for bikes. A fan is provided for summer. Ground-level access to the first floor, with an interior staircase to the bedrooms and bathroom (not suitable for guests with reduced mobility). One bedroom has a double bed; the other has a bunk bed—double below (140 cm), single above (90 cm).



Guests must leave the property clean. Cleaning service is available on request for an additional fee. Parking is available on site or on the street. Shared electric vehicle charging station. Just a few kilometers from lakes (Aydat, Chambon) and ski resorts (Sancy, Super Besse, Mont d’Or), 30 km from Clermont-Ferrand. Firewood and heating included within a set limit, available for an additional fee beyond that. Events are not allowed on the property.
