La Janne - Maison avec jardin
We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saujon, this charming house of lime pit foot of a surface of 115 m ² and being able to accomodate until 7 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 550 m². Wifi (fiber optic), sheets and towels in supplement, we wait for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 30 m² with TV, sofa bed, two electric armchairs, wood stove and dining area
- Dishes, hotplates, Dolce Gusto pod coffee maker, filter coffee maker, Cookéo, oil-free fryer, electric chopper, scales...
- A shower room with Italian shower
- A separate toilet
Night space:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200), dressing room with hangers and TV
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200), dressing room with hangers and TV
- Bedroom 3: one single bed and one bunk bed and TV
One fan per room.
Exterior:
- A beautiful fully enclosed garden of 550 m².
- A terrace of 80m², facing east and south with a garden table for 10 people, 2 parasols, a garden furniture with sofa to enjoy the beautiful days.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, plancha, high chair, baby bed with mattress, baby bathtub, changing mat, child potty, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
In winter, the house is heated entirely by the wood-burning stove, which is designed to heat the whole house. This is a BBC (very low energy consumption) house. The wood is supplied.
The house is ideally located in Saujon, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- The lake of La Lande which is 15 minutes by foot and 3 minutes by car, has an open/ covered swimming pool, children's playground, fishing area, ski lift, tennis, petanque ground.
- The train of the seagulls in Saujon is 5 minutes by car. It will drop you off at La Tremblade to taste the mussel éclades.
- The city offers canoe rentals on the Seudre.
- Royan is a 15 minute drive, 1 hour from La Rochelle/Ile de Re, 30 minutes from Ile d'Oleron, 45 minutes from Fouras to take the ferry to Ile d'Aix. There is a ferry at Royan that crosses the Gironde estuary, which allows you to get to Bordeaux quickly. Saujon is 45 minutes from Cognac where the Hennessy and Remi Martin wineries can be visited. The zoo of La Palmyre is about 30 minutes away.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in front of the garage (2 sedan style cars or a 4x4) and in the garage (1 car) of the house.
As for other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Saujon train station located at 4.8km (about 7 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: La Rochelle-Île de Ré airport located at 71km (about 59 minutes by car)
