Good hotel, great location

We were pleased with this hostel, it’s in a very good location, less than a 2 min walk from 7/11 and the walking street. Around a 5-10 min walk to the beach. The room was as you’d expect for the price, clean, comfortable bed and a decent bathroom. AC worked very well too. Staff were very friendly and picked us up from the ferry and offered to take us back when we left, however, they do take a while to come, so we found it was actually faster to just walk instead of using this service. Only downside to this hotel is that they are right beside a marsh and a sawmill so you have a combination of the strangest noises. We heard the loudest frogs ever all night coming from the marsh and the sawmill didn’t seem to stop until about 1am and started up in the early hours so you’re always hearing saws running. Personally, this didn’t bother us but if you’re a light sleeper it would. The bakery is nice, and they give you a 15% off coupon. We were happy with the hotel, pretty much, you get what you pay for.

Harmony Bed & Breakfast - great location

Harmony Bed & Breakfast is located very centrally close to the Walking Street and the Sunrise Beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room is clean and adequate but is not modern.

This hotel is great for backpackers and couples looking to spend most of their time on the beach. The rooms are clean with basic facilities, although we did feel that they could have offered a deal for guests in the cafe at breakfast (e.g. free coffees, etc.).

It was a great vacation for me at Lipe.. Room was so nice with decent size and price for four of us... Just one thing that bothered me was a bunch of mosquitoes... Make sure to bring bug spray and you will like this place

Ac fungerade inte, påpekade detta och fick ingen hjälp. Väldigt tråkig receptionspersonal! Luktade avlopp i rummet och efter städning kunde man knappt andas av allt kemiskt medel dem använt för att dölja avloppslukten. Framförallt väldigt tråkig personal!

Vi bodde i ett Latte rum. Rummet var stort och rymligt med bra förvaringsmöjligheter. Rummet har många fönster vilket ger ett härligt ljusinsläpp. Badrummet var helt okej (vi förväntade oss inte så mycket). Toaletten fungerade utan problem, likaså duschen dock väldigt dåligt tryck. Wi-Fi uppkopplingen var inte speciellt bra. Fungerade till och från. Vårt rum städades inte under de 3 nätterna vi bodde där. Det kanske var något man ska säga till om (?). Dock så ställde dem nya handdukar, nya vattenflaskor & toalettpapper utanför dörren varje dag. AC fanns men kylde inte som den skulle. Läget är toppen.

La habitación, muy limpia y con limpieza diaria. El chico de recepción, un encanto. Lo único malo, los precios de cualquier alimento o bebida en el bar del hotel pero, al estar al ladito de la calle principal, con todos los servicios, sin problema.

Central but noisy

The pictures are from when the hotel was built, some 10 years ago. It's located very centrally on Lipe (good), the noise from the street does however disturb your sleep. I would chose another hotel next time (MaMa is quieter).
