The home’s interior has very comfortable beds, reclining leather couches, 85-inch Hd family room TV, a therapeutic massage chair, high-top kitchen table, formal dining table, full kitchen, 500-mbs WIFI internet, high efficiency washer and dryer, and a home-office with quick connection to two monitors and printer with an easy laptop connection. The home’s exterior is surrounded by palm trees with nighttime lighting, small grill, a Green-Egg smoker, and best of all the 10-foot x 32-foot swimming pool heated to 91F with floats and toys, surrounded by multiple sitting areas with comfortable chairs (zero-gravity, cushioned laydown, swing, and sky-chair).

If you cannot relax here at the house *(you have a problem); of which can be solved by going to one of the endless beaches in the area. These are Not like others on the Florida east coast (Daytona, Ft Lauderdale, Miami North & South, etc.) or like others on the Florida west coast (St Pete, Clearwater, etc.). They are quiet and can have large amounts of space between visitors. The two busiest ones are Coco Beach 30-minutes to the north and Melbourne Beach 20-minutes to the south, of which are busy but not “Florida busy”. The beaches in between have limited people present especially the beaches just east of Patrick Sfb (space force base) and Hightower Beach is the closest at ¾-mile directly east and is the best surfing spot within 50+ miles. Use of our beach chairs, umbrella, boogie-board are included.

Other thing to do include fishing (even in the pond right behind the house), visiting Kennedy Cape Canaveral, watching a Space-X launch from the back pool area, Alice in Wonderland Museum in Coco, War-Bird aircraft museum in Titusville. There are numerous stores/shops all along the two-lane highway A1a from Coco Beach to the north to Melbourne Beach to the south, driving about 1.5-hour to the south is the Sebastian Inlet state park, there are several Treasure Coast museums, and a wide variety of restaurants and bars (again these are quiet and calm – not a “South Beach” atmosphere).

Welcome to your peaceful retreat where you can rest, recharge, and play. The home’s theme is sea-shells; after living in the Denver area for 30+ years and moving here the decision was ocean & shells. Both in-side decorations and out-side landscaping are based on ocean, shells, and tropical. With this comes relaxation during your peaceful days and nights. We do live here so it is well maintained and much nicer than a regular rental. You will have access to the entire 2,100-sf house including the swimming pool. The garage is locked for our personal storage. The subdivision’s clubhouse is available and it has a large pool (not heated), modest workout room, billiards table, ping-pong, foosball, and playground.

Beds sleep six (6) - if you want to squeeze more in that is okay, but you will have to figure out what they sleep on (plenty of room for blow-up beds). There are also two queen sized baffled air-mattresses and one air-couch for added/extra sleeping needs (best for kids, but are rated for up to 200-lbs).
