Host was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Great location, walking distance to the beach, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and quiet neighborhood. Good patio area in the backyard for morning coffee. Also filled out an application with ParkLync and received free parking at the 2 beach parking lots closest to the home.
