We were looking for a place to stay while visiting the Kennedy Space Center and we are happy we found this unit with an amazing oceanfront view where you can enjoy breathtaking sunrises while sipping your cup of coffee or tea. It’s location on the sixth floor also allows you to enjoy a nice breeze at night. The owners did a nice job decorating it with a charming beach theme and keeping it exceptionally clean and well-stocked with items you may need during your stay. The unit is really nice, has been recently updated. IT was very clean. The deck views are incredible. You can see the Indian river, patrick space force, some launch pads, watch cruise ships, shrimp boats, & the pelicans fly right by deck. Saw a spaceX launch from deck, it was incredible The cleaning ladies, other renters, & owners were all very friendly. Older, but smaller condos with very clean quiet beach

Short stay for memorial services of close family member. I stay in VRBO properties 30 to 45 days annually. This is the cleanest property I have experienced! The view and access to the beach can not be beat. There were some minor communication issues. Instructions for accessing the bldg key and unit door could be more clear. Some info such as parking access provided thru VRBO and detailed in the directions found inside the unit did not match.

If you want the best view of the beach, look no further. This was our second stay at this condo, and it was amazing! The private balcony is literally right on the beach, everything you could possibly need is in the condo. Very nicely updated and CLEAN.

Epic View--We all want to go back!

The condo was probably one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in and I am not easy to please! I didn't feel icky. The view was spectacular! We saw a rocket launch from the balcony. The biggest problem we had with the condo was that their laundry detergent wasn't free and clear. It was very strongly fragranced for us and we are sensitive to that kind of stuff. Just a few things to know, if you care (not all of these are on the owner of the VRBO):There are NO carts upon check-in, which was a complete pain in the a** with four people, especially with all you need for children. The bathrooms didn't have fans, just a/c vents.The parking lot of the property could use some help. It was small and hard to maneuver a big truck in there and it needed to be tidied some/cleaned up. The hallways were humid and kind of musty smelling, leading up to the actual condo. In saying all of that, we would still go back. In fact, we plan to :)

Great stay at this relaxing condo. The views of the water were awesome. Very clean condo! The host was excellent in getting back to us on a timely basis. The only issue was getting into the lockbox down stairs for the lobby key. Lockbox not easy to get into… luckily another guest checking in helped me tilt the box on the side to get the key out. Antiquated system… all the lockboxes on the side look kind of shabby. Keypad on lobby door would be better. Other than that great condo and excellent host!
