Unit was clean and had wonderful ocean views. I was disappointed the washer/dryer specified in property description was not located inside the unit. I was also surprised and not pleased that pesticide was sprayed in my unit while I was out but my dogs were present. I apparently missed this in the check-in instructions. The property owner should not use regular maintenance as an excuse to access my space without my consent during a 3-night stay, especially to spray pesticides when pets are in the unit. Such activities should occur when the space is vacant.

The location can't be beat! The ocean is right outside your door. Building is Old Florida but well maintained. Staff are excellent. Lacked a few amenities which were easily obtained at Walmarts 10 minutes away. Guest bathroom had a water leak from floor above and staff were quick to respond and kept us informed about the repair. Going back next year!

Perfect Location

Wow! Beautiful views of the ocean out every window. The ocean is literally over the railing out your door. Condo is nice and clean. We spent mornings in the heated pool and afternoons on the beach. The office had puzzles, books and outdoor games ( cornhole, shuffle board) to enjoy. Very quiet, family oriented resort. Jerry, the resort manager, was very friendly and attentive to our needs. We really enjoyed our stay!

Our stay at Paradise Beach Condo unit 104 was amazing. The unit itself was clean and updated and provided plenty of space for the 4 of us but can easily accommodate more. Our views from the condo were stunning and the interior was beautifully decorated as well. The owner provided stellar customer service by checking in on us and taking immediate action for a minor situation that we greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this unit and/or owner for your vacation!!

Older building, but very nice, very quiet. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable, but the sofa bed was not comfortable at all. Pool was 7ft deep at one end. A random middle-aged woman tried to take our beach towels, keep an eye on your stuff! Lots of dogs, but we never saw any dog poop, and didn't hear any barking.

Beach break

We rented this first floor pet friendly unit for my husband’s birthday. We were very close to the water and enjoyed the sound of the surf very much. The unit is well maintained and stocked very well for doing your own meal preparation. The management responded quickly to one thing we needed. Access to groceries and other shopping is easy. There is adequate parking. We are already planning to return.

Perfect Beach Stay

We had the best time at our stay. The condo was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook with. We also enjoyed the extra boogie boards and beach chairs. This was the closest we have ever been able to get to the beach. We stayed on the bottom floor and it was just a few steps to the beach. The pool was under construction while we were there but we hardly noticed because we were having so much fun at the beach, going out to eat at the countless restaurants in the area and visiting Kennedy Space Center. We were also able to see a SpaceX launch from just outside our room! It was so cool! We will definitely be back soon!

I just spent 2 glorious weeks at Paradise Beach Club. I stayed one week in unit 104 and one week in unit 336. Both are ocean front, very nice and extremely clean. The ocean views from each are different but gorgeous. The heated pool was nice and the stairs from the pool area made it convenient to get down to the beach. The property manager, Zareh was very accommodating and always available. Since I stayed in 2 different units, he made sure my new unit was the first one cleaned that day so I wouldn't have to wait very long to move from one unit to another. I will definitely be back again.
