Little Raieda Farmhouse: the first stop on the Path of the Gods

Ours is a small farmhouse with rooms, restaurant and horse farm located in the heart of the Pliocene Buttress Natural Reserve on the hills overlooking Bologna but also a short distance from Tuscany. We are in fact located exactly on the Via degli Dei, the ancient road that still connected and connects Bologna to Florence (Fiesole) and which is traveled daily by Italian and foreign travelers on foot, horse or mountain bike. Starting from Bologna we are the first stop with the possibility of sleeping and eating comfortably in the same structure. For those who pass by horse, a box or paddock is available. But we are also an ideal place for a relaxing holiday in nature, perhaps with your four-legged friends, an ideal starting point for excursions on foot or by mountain bike as well as for visiting the many cities of art in Emilia and Tuscany. Horse riding holidays are our peculiarity: in the farm there are horses available for basic western riding lessons in our 40X20 sand arena or for walks from one hour to the whole day. We also offer itinerant trekking for two to seven days several times a year.

Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. The bathroom features a shower, a bidet, and a hair dryer. Conveniences include an electric kettle and a sofa bed, and housekeeping is provided on request.
