The sailing and fishing harbor—with many other dining options—the famous Sassnitz pier, and the city center itself are all just a short distance from the picturesque old town. From here, you can take relaxing walks in the Jasmund National Park or along the cliffs.
The building has a total of 11 apartments, some of which offer a view of the sea. Each apartment comes with a parking space. The parking spaces are located about 300 meters away, behind City Hall, in the parking lot at the corner of Schult-Kruse-Straße and Ringstraße.

This vacation rental is located on the first floor and is decorated in light colors with blue accents on the furniture and curtains. The bedroom features a double bed and a large wardrobe. The living room has a cozy couch that can be pulled out into a sleeper sofa upon request, as well as a flat-screen TV.

The vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor and offers a magnificent view stretching from Sassnitz across the Baltic Sea to Binz, as well as a view of the old town of Sassnitz on Rügen.The apartment is equipped with a full kitchen, a Senseo pod coffee maker, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and a mini stereo system.
