The "Seaside" apartment building is located on a quiet side street in the historic old town of Sassnitz, just a few meters from the beach promenade and the Baltic Sea. The Old Town, arguably the most idyllic part of Sassnitz, captivates visitors above all with its exceptionally well-preserved and beautifully restored seaside resort architecture. Here you’ll find good restaurants and cafés with cozy outdoor seating. The sailing and fishing harbor—with many more dining options—the famous Sassnitz pier, and the city center itself are all just a short distance from the picturesque Old Town. From here, you can take relaxing walks in the Jasmund National Park or along the cliffs.
The building has a total of 11 apartments, some of which offer lake views. Each apartment comes with a parking space. The parking spaces are located about 300 meters away behind City Hall in the parking lot at the corner of Schult-Kruse-Straße and Ringstraße.

This vacation rental is located on the first floor and is decorated in light colors with blue accents on the furniture and curtains. The bedroom features a double bed and a large wardrobe. The living room has a cozy couch that can be pulled out into a sleeper sofa upon request, as well as a flat-screen TV.
