The vacation rental is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Sassnitz. From here, you have easy access to the beach at Mukran/Prora, the Baltic Sea resorts, and island excursions, and it serves as a starting point for hikes through the extensive beech forests of Stubnitz. It’s about 1 km to the city center and about 2 km to the harbor. Everything is easily accessible by car or bicycle. City buses also run in town. In addition to the harbor with its long outer pier, sightseeing boats, fishing boats, and numerous restaurants, Sassnitz also offers a wide variety of shops and supermarkets.

The modernly furnished one-room vacation apartment is located on the first floor of a single-family home. The space is divided into a cozy living area with a flat-screen TV and a dining table, a sleeping area separated from the living area by a room divider, and a kitchen at the rear. There is a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The apartment includes a terrace with patio furniture and, of course, a parking space on public property across from the house.
