Souterrainwohnung ohne Ostseeblick

Der Vermieter war selbst da u. hat fast tägl. im Garten u. vor der Haustüre gearbeitet mit entsprechender Geräuschkulisse; einmal sogar um 6.30 Uhr morgens. Auf der Terr. ist man umgeben von Steinen /Beton. Der Sonnenschutz: ungeeignet.
