This cozy vacation rental has a floor area of approximately 40 m² and features a living room with a double sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, a bedroom with a double bed, a hallway with a kitchenette (refrigerator, 2 hot plates, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster), and, of course, a bathroom with a shower and toilet. It is located on the first floor and has direct access to the outdoors through the patio door. You’ll find a covered barbecue area, a small playground with a slide, seesaw, and swing, as well as a simple games and sports hall for fun and socializing. Here, you can choose between fitness, badminton, table tennis, billiards, and foosball.<br>During the colder months, guests of the property even have free access to a small family sauna.<br>Each apartment comes with its own parking space, as well as a terrace or balcony.
