We would like to warmly welcome you to our bright, romantically rustic-style vacation apartment, Elsa!

At approximately 100 m², it is the largest vacation apartment at the Dubnitz Estate. Its unique layout gives it a very special charm!
As a duplex apartment with an open wooden staircase leading to the two additional bedrooms on the upper floor, it’s truly a feast for the eyes. Except for the bathroom, it features

—a plank floor that creates a particularly cozy atmosphere and sense of comfort.
—the numerous exposed and partially freestanding ceiling and wall beams—also contribute to this atmosphere!

Especially when the sun is shining, the apartment is bathed in a warm, cozy light thanks to its many windows!

- The romantic curtains, combined with
- the charming accessories, also contribute to the special coziness!
- The upper floor features a warm, cork floor.
- Here you’ll find two additional sleeping areas with a total of four sleeping spots (two single beds placed separately and one double bed), so the apartment can accommodate up to six people.

When you enter the apartment, the first bedroom is straight ahead, offering a view of the large estate garden. It is furnished with white wooden furniture. This includes:
- a large wardrobe
- a spacious dresser
- the large, comfortable double bed
- with matching nightstands and reading lamps
- a full-length mirror.
The wooden window faces the estate’s garden, and the rustic curtains complement the overall style of the property, which is further accentuated by the wooden floorboards.

When you step out of the bedroom, you’ll find the spacious, naturally lit bathroom on your left. It features the following amenities:

- a sink with a built-in hand soap dispenser
- a tissue dispenser
- a shower with built-in shower gel and shampoo dispensers
- a toilet
- a wall-mounted holder with hygiene bags,
- a tiled floor (bath mats are provided)
- a clothes drying rack
- ample storage space.

From here, look out into the truly spacious and open-concept living-dining area, which includes the fully equipped kitchen. In this room, you’ll find exposed wooden beams—a real eye-catcher! The view of the open wooden staircase is also something special. This makes the apartment very bright and welcoming. The kitchenette offers:

- a refrigerator with freezer compartment,
- a stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop,
- a dishwasher,
- an exhaust hood,
- and an oven.
- A toaster,
- a coffee maker, and
- a kettle are, of course, essential and included in the furnishings.
- Plenty of cabinets provide ample space for your groceries.

It’s just a short walk from here to the large dining table! Take a seat at

To your right in the living area, you’ll find

Straight ahead, you look out through

From here, you can take the open wooden staircase to the upper floor, where the other four sleeping areas are located.

Once upstairs, you’ll see the two beautiful, freestanding beds on the right. Between them is another closet.
The warm cork flooring covers the entire upper floor, making it very cozy.
The other bedroom, separated by a wooden door, captivates with its stunning ceiling design and the lovingly selected decor and furnishings.
