We would like to warmly welcome you to our romantically rustic "Sammy" vacation rental!<br> <br>This apartment has a very special charm! It is (except for the bathroom) fitted with<br> —a wooden floor that creates a particularly cozy atmosphere and a warm, inviting feel. The<br> —numerous exposed and partially freestanding ceiling and wall beams—also contribute to this! Especially when the sun is shining, the apartment is bathed in a warm, cozy light!<br>- The romantic curtains, combined with<br>- the lovingly chosen accessories, also contribute to the special coziness!<br><br>When you enter the apartment, you look straight into the bathroom. The bathroom features:<br><br>- a sink with a built-in hand soap dispenser<br>- a tissue dispenser<br>- a shower with a built-in shower gel and shampoo dispenser<br>- a toilet<br>- a wall-mounted holder with hygiene bags,<br>- a tiled floor (bath mats are provided)<br>- clothes drying rack<br>- a stool for storage and seating<br><br> From the spacious hallway, a door to the right leads you into the very cozy bedroom with a view of the four large linden trees that so characteristically frame our house! Sleep in a<br>- beautiful and comfortable wooden double bed.<br>- The nightstands, each with a reading lamp on either side of the bed, make it especially cozy in the evening.<br>- A wardrobe with a mirror, of course, offers plenty of storage space for your clothes.<br>- In this room, you’ll find exposed wooden beams. A real eye-catcher!<br><br> Step into the spacious, bright, and cozy living area. Here, on your left, you’ll find<br> —the beautiful couch. It can be used as<br> —a comfortable extra sleeping spot, allowing the apartment to accommodate four people.<br>Straight ahead, you’ll look out through<br> —the large wooden window with the pretty curtains—onto the Reuter family’s pastures!<br>This makes the apartment very bright and welcoming.<br>-The spacious wooden table with four chairs is located directly beneath another slanted skylight, so you can sit there comfortably and enjoy your meals.<br>-Plenty of cabinets and<br>-wooden shelves provide ample storage space.<br>-The floor lamp provides additional light, and the<br>-TV, placed on a sideboard, is clearly visible from anywhere.<br>- A coffee table with a<br> armchair is, of course, part of the furnishings. You can enjoy this view from every apartment in the house! The entire property, approximately 5,000 m², features a magnificent grove of mature trees, including chestnut, linden, and acacia trees, a large walnut tree, hazelnut bushes, boxwoods, and many different fruit trees. There’s even a natural landmark on the property! It’s a group of old yew trees consisting of four trees, estimated to be 600-800 years old! It’s a wonderful spot to sit and listen to the sounds of nature. Many birds and even bats feel at home
