This idyllic vacation home is situated in a quiet, green setting among mature trees on the outskirts of Dubnitz, a district of the port city of Sassnitz.
Located not far from the Dubnitz manor house, it was originally an outbuilding belonging to the estate.
The old brick house, built around 1900 and completely renovated in 2024, consists of two apartments, each occupying one half of the house.
The Alvine vacation apartment has a living area of approximately 55 square meters, spans two floors, and accommodates up to three people.
On the first floor, there is a combined living-dining room with an integrated kitchen and an adjoining terrace.
The bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, is also located on the first floor.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and essentials such as a coffee maker,
electric kettle, and toaster. In addition to a dining table, there is a cozy couch area and a large flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi is available.
A staircase in the living area leads to the upper floor, which has two separate bedrooms.
One bedroom features a comfortable, high double bed, while the other bedroom has a single bed.
The entire apartment is lovingly furnished in a country-style with light-colored furniture.
There is a parking space on the property.
