For Apartment 4 on the upper floor, a seating area in the courtyard is reserved. The property features 2 barbecue areas with covered seating. The separate kitchen with a dining table is equipped with, among other things, a microwave, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a fridge-freezer, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, various dishes, and a dishwasher.<br>The bathroom has a shower and toilet.
