Villa Agrifogli is a lovely holiday rental with WiFi internet. The apartment / condo has been divided into a total of two separate apartments. The property can accommodate up to ten guests comfortably in four bedrooms with two bathrooms. Conveniently located 1 km (3801 ft) from Sassetta, Italy in the tourist area "Grosseto - Maremma" and only 90 km (56 mi) from San Gimignano.

Guests have free access to a stretch of private sandy beach, located north of Marina di Castagneto (12 km far from the property). This is an area of about 10,000 sq.m. along the coast, a part of which is a fenced in botanical garden with plants, flowers and dune vegetation with an educational nature trail.
