Civic2: Large Studio Apartment in the City Center

Located 20 meters from the Palazzo Ducale and 50 meters from Sassari Cathedral, Civico2 is about 300 meters from the university area and about 800 meters from the hospitals. The apartment, located on the 2nd floor without an elevator, features a spacious living room with a double bed and a two-person sofa bed. The space is very bright, thanks to two large windows overlooking Piazza Santa Elisabetta. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi.

Please also remember not to leave anything inside the refrigerator. Please vacate the property by 10:00 a.m. on the day of checkout and return the keys to the box from which you took them.
