Located on the second floor of a former school: large living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (two 0.90m beds), 1 bedroom (one 1.60m bed), shower room, WC. Electric heating included. Bed linen included. For your next countryside holiday, this cottage awaits you in the small village of Sasnières, in a calm and peaceful setting. You will be less than an hour from the most famous Loire Valley châteaux and 1 hour 10 minutes from the renowned Beauval Zoo. The cottage's location is therefore ideal for exploring the treasures of this region. You will also be close to a country inn and the 11-hectare English-style garden of Le Plessis, a designated "Remarkable Garden"; 4km from Lavardin, listed among the "Most Beautiful Villages of France"; and in an area rich in water sports facilities (Tréhet, Villiers-sur-Loir, etc.). A 12.6km hiking trail starts right at the foot of the cottage. With all this, you won't be bored!
