Enjoyed my stay thoroughly. Service staff are very helpful and speaks good English. Ms Yamamoto was very welcoming and warm towards guests and provided guidance and suggestions. Room condition - clean Air conditioning - good. Amenities in room - bottled water, kettle tea/ coffee sachets. Wifi - fantastic.

Stayed only one night but it was very convenient for a late entry to the amusement park. Despite the check in time of 3pm, we were allowed into the room at 2:30. Room was clean but is a little dated. The beds were comfortable and it was my first experience using a jinbei. Staff were professional. The complimentary water was a nice touch given the summer heat. The breakfast that was included with the package was liked by all.

Everything was great, staff friendly. The only issue was immediately following the booking of our reservation, we received an email from the hotel stating that renovation was going on and the view from our room would be blocked due to the scaffolding. This was the case, but it was not a big deal. Breakfast was great, too.

房間味道大，不是烟味，像是黴霉味。然後，這麽大的酒店沒有穿梭巴士到火車站，太不方便了。另外就是明明check in時知道是有小孩，也沒有給我小孩的梳洗用品。服務不够體心。 早餐方面，每天一樣，太悶了，有一兩種新品也好。
