We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The large bath has some issues with being clean...maybe it is just old. Breakfast has a lot of choices, but half is Japanese style. The room was comfortable.

Enjoyed my stay thoroughly. Service staff are very helpful and speaks good English. Ms Yamamoto was very welcoming and warm towards guests and provided guidance and suggestions. Everything was great, staff friendly. The only issue was immediately following the booking of our reservation, we received an email from the hotel stating that renovation was going on and the view from our room would be blocked due to the scaffolding. This was the case, but it was not a big deal. Breakfast was great, too.

ホテルは30周年で古いですが、清潔で良くメンテナンスされています。ハウステンボスを楽しむためにこのホテルを予約しましたが、ハウステンボスへの専用ゲートがあり、お土産を一旦部屋にしまうため、自由に出入りできたことが助かりました。また、ホテルには大浴場があり、疲れた身体を癒やすことができました。

停留的時候，飯店房間空調只提供暖氣，房間顯得悶熱不堪，試著調低溫度，看到飯店張貼一張紙條標示目前沒有冷氣只有暖氣，建議房客只能關掉空調。 整個飯店美好的體驗，給這個明顯荒繆的空調系統搞砸了。這家旅館硬體的管理真的很糟糕。
