Old rooms. Staff were fast in getting us to moved into another room when the toilet didn’t work, but then in the evening they couldn’t move us again when the shower water was lukewarm only. Breakfast was good.

This is the 2nd time for us to stay at this hotel. We love the proximity to Huis Ten Bosch. The room we used this time was much better than last October 2021. However, the sound on the TV was garbled. Also, the breakfast food was just so-so.

スタッフの皆さんとても丁寧でした。客室も古くはありますが清潔で過ごしやすかったです。立地もハウステンボスへ行く道すがらハウステンボス駅の中を通って長い橋をハウステンボスへ歩いていくのですが、どんどん近づくにつれワクワクします。 お正月だった事もありホテルの売店がほとんど商品が無かったのはとても残念でした。 温泉施設のジャグジー等設備を修理してもらえてたらもっと楽しめたのにと少し残念でした。 橋を渡る際とても風を強く感じたので髪が乱れるので気をつけて下さい。

子供1名含む3名で予約していたが、タオルは2名分、水も2名分しかなく、そういう予約だったからということらしい。 こういう施設は自分には合わなかった。 施設が古いということ以上にホスピタリティが不足していると感じられた。
