Recently built, this house offers you a multitude of possibilities to relax and fully enjoy your holiday: you can enjoy a good breakfast on the terrace whilst enjoying the view of the marina, then settle into one of the sun loungers in the sun or on the sofa to chat and you can also enjoy a game of boules and in the evening.



The living area is located upstairs, it is modern, cosy and overlooks two terraces. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, you will find induction hobs, a refrigerator, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle, opening onto a large table where you can share good meals.

Then the attic lounge is a peaceful corner, light colours and wood dominate, it will be the ideal place to chat, read or play a board game.

The sleeping area consists of 6 bedrooms, three of which are equipped with a queen-size bed and have a private bathroom to provide you with maximum convenience, they will be ideal for couples. Then, you will find three other bedrooms, the first has a double bed, the second has two single beds and the last has two single beds, these will delight the children.
