Cocoonr offers you Côté Mer, a 125m² family home with magnificent 360° sea views and private access to the beach. You'll also appreciate the proximity of the beach at the end of a large 2500m² enclosed garden.

The accommodation comprises

- A 40 m² living room with TV, wifi, fireplace (wood not provided)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. To get your stay off to a good start, we provide a few coffee capsules, tea, sugar, a grocery kit with oil, salt, pepper, vinegar, cleaning products, etc.
- Three bedrooms with queen-size beds (160×200), one bedroom with 1 bunk bed. Your bed is made up on arrival and towels are provided.
- Two bathrooms with shower and individual washbasin
- 3 WCS

Outside :

- A beautiful 2500 m² enclosed garden with private access to the beach + south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located at Le Roaliguen in the commune of Sarzeau, in a quiet and very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll have access to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets. The town of Sarzeau is a ten-minute drive away.

Super sejour de 5 jours pour deux familles avec de jeunes enfants aux vacances d’avril. La maison était top avec la chambre d’enfant pour les enfants, les lits bébé dans les chambres. Une grande baignoire pour nettoyer ce petit monde, et une grande terrasse où on tient tous. Et qui plus est face a la mer. Le jardin avec la plage au bout c’est vraiment top.

Côté Mer "Très au calme avec depuis le salon et la suite privative du rez-de-chaussée une superbe vue imprenable sur la mer et le terrain très joliment paysagé y menant. Idem depuis la grande terrasse exposée plein sud. Mezzanine sympa surplombant le salon. Beaucoup d'équipements et de vaisselle. Maison ""dans son jus"" côté déco mais qui reste un endroit que nous conseillons vivement pour ses points de vue sur l'océan et sa proximité avec Port Navalo et le Golfe du Morbihan."

Côté Mer Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour de 3 jours dans cette maison. Nous étions 8 (2 couples avec 2 enfants de 4 et 8 ans). La maison est suffisamment spacieuse pour nous tous mais son vrai plus est sa terrasse avec une splendide vue mer et son immense jardin ombragé dans lequel nos enfants ont passé tout le week-end, quand ils n’étaient pas à la plage. Le jardin donne d’ailleurs directement sur la plage, ce qui nous a permis d’en profiter un maximum. L’emplacement était idéal pour nous et nous a donné envie d’y revenir plus longuement une autre fois. Vrai plus également les lits faits à l’arrivée, l’arrivée et le départ flexibles et le ménage inclus en fin de séjour. Merci !

Superbe vue sur mer.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison "côté mer". Nous avons profité du sentier côtier et nous nous sommes rendus à pied au château de Suscinio en passant par l'espace naturel aménagé. Nous sommes allés au marché de Sarzeau qui est très bien achalandé. Un très bon week-end en famille ! Je recommande ce logement avec un accès direct à la plage.
