Prices include the consumption of water, gas, linen for bedrooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly), welcome basket and voucher for free tasting in the owner's store in Cetona.

Upon arrival, guests must hand over a security deposit of € 500.00, which will be returned to them at the end of their stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.

Any consumption of air conditioning/heating is not included in the price and will be payable on the spot according to consumption.
