Our Villa is also ideal on Fall or Winter time, a perfect period to enjoy the SPA.

If you are a wine lover, you will have the opportunity to enjoy an holiday in contact with a dynamic winery with a big passion for respect of nature, agricultural activities and this wonderful Land. The Estate has 27 hectares of vineyards and olive trees. Wines produced are high quality ones aging in an amazing cellar with more then 200 oak barrels. You will be welcomed for a wine or for trying some of our wines pairing eith the amazing local food. Extra virgin olive oil is also high quality. Olives are harvested and pressed directly in the property.

The Villas includes a main building with 8 double bedrooms, kitchen, living and dining room and a dependence or annex with 5 double bedrooms.
You will reach our beautiful villa with a white road of about 3 km which is always in very good conditions.

Villa Le Buche is very well located in a strategic place at 5 minutes from A1 highway and 5 minutes from the main mall in the area where you can buy groceries 7 days/week. It is also a perfect departure place if you want to go to the railway station which is only 15 minutes far. Chiusi-Chianciano station is a good one, well connected with Rome, Naples, Florence and Milan.

Surroundings are the best you can imagine for a perfect Tuscany holiday. The Villa is based in an interesting area for Etruscan culture and it is not difficult to go visiting Etruscan Museum and tombs.
Furthermore the spot is amazing for daily excursions in the Orcia Valley (UNESCO heritage), the near Siena, Orvieto, Arezzo, Perugia, Pienza and Cortona.
