Charming property with a private pool in Sarlat

We are pleased to welcome you to the Moulin Moreau, a charming stone property, with its 12th century tower surrounded by a very pretty wooded park and its private swimming pool (5X10m) and heated to 25 degrees.

Nestled in a green setting, the preserved location of this old stone mill allows you to be only a few minutes from the historic heart of Sarlat and the main sites of the Dordogne valley (castle of Castelnaud and Beynac, Domme, La Roque Gageac, Lascaux caves etc...).
The house is located 3 minutes by car and 15 minutes walk from the historic heart of Sarlat.

The Swimming Pool is private, open from April to the end of September, with security cover.
We welcome you on the day of your arrival

You have 4 bedrooms at your disposal:
- A bedroom with a 180*200 bed
- A 2nd bedroom with a 160*200 bed
- and a third bedroom with a 140*200 bed.
- As well as a fourth bedroom on the curtained landing with two single beds 80*180 which is only suitable for children.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa and would happily recommend it. The host was excellent throughout our stay – always easy to contact, quick to respond.The villa was clean and really well equipped, with everything we needed, It was ideal for families with children, and the pool was a real highlight – clean, spacious, and enjoyed by everyone.The location was perfect, just a short drive or walk from the centre of Sarlat and close to supermarkets, making it really convenient while still being peaceful and relaxing.Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Lovely property. In an urban setting near shops etc but once at the property it feels very rural and quiet - so best of all worlds. Pool and outside area was the highlight. We were there in a very hot week so we used it a lot. Didier was a great host - friendly and responsive. Would recommend.
