This is an excellent hotel. The bedrooms are modern and spotlessly clean. Anne-Marie is so hospitable and nothing is too much trouble. Would thoroughly recommend and will return the next time we are in the Dordogne.

This is a motel style hotel on the outskirts of Sarlat. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with a nice outside terrace. The pool area is very clean with sunbeds. Breakfast was excellent and the owners very helpful. Only downside is that the location is up a steep hill from the town so walking back at night is a trek ,especially as no taxi service. If happy to drive there are plenty of free car parks on the edge of the old town.

Country Charmer

Probably let the best experience we’ve had since we arrived in France. Madame Ann Marie and her family took care of us from beginning to the end of our stay. She made sure of sites to visit, fastest directions and showed how to take advantage of Sarla’s medieval charm. We had a patio room which I heartedlyrecommend. If you’re looking for French country charm this is it! Excellent breakfsst served daily. King bed was excellent. Sarlat has many restaurants to choose from.

This hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. The accommodation was very comfortable and the shower was very good. As all the bedrooms are on the same level, each has an outdoor seating area. The host was very friendly and nothing was a problem. We did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment about dining. The swimming pool was lovely and easily accessible. As the hotel is located on the outskirts of Sarlat, there is a steep walk down to the centre which has you have to repeat upon your return as there appear to be very few taxis. Ideally placed for exploring the area, a car is highly recommended.
