Vacation home for 5 to 7 people, heated shared pool, wooded property, Wi-Fi

We welcome you 3.5 km from the historic center of Sarlat and 4 km from the beach of Vitrac in the heart of our hamlet of 12 cottages "La Croix de Griffoul".

Below the cottage you have access to 4 hectares of wooded areas and meadows, in the middle of which you will find ping-pong table, swing, volleyball net, petanque court, picnic table and the heated swimming pool (open in July, August, September) which are to be shared with the other gîtes.

The accommodations are a house cut in two with a first floor and a garden level (totally independent accommodation).
It has a private enclosed courtyard with covered terrace, garden furniture and barbecue.

You will find a bedroom with a 140cm bed, a bedroom with 3 90cm beds, one of which is bunk and a sofa bed in the living room.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove with gas oven, a microwave, a fridge, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker and a toaster.

Other remarks:
- Rental from Friday to Friday only from 11/07 to 22/08.
- Sheets and towels are not provided (it is possible to rent them when booking).

- Off-season booking: 3 nights minimum
Season booking: 7 nights minimum, arrivals from Friday to Friday

- Dogs allowed with an extra charge of 35€ to be paid on arrival. Health record is mandatory. Cats not allowed.

- Baby equipment (cot, high chair). Please specify this when booking. (Supplement: 5 €)

- Our holiday cottages are in ecological transition, we ensure through our management of green spaces to preserve flora and fauna by keeping "refuge" areas, by practicing late mowing and by totally excluding chemical weed killers. As far as cleaning products are concerned, we are attentive to their composition, we favor "ecological" and/or homemade products.
