Conducive to relaxation and idleness, our 1844 Périgord estate benefits from a privileged location in the middle of unspoilt nature, without any visual, noise or olfactory pollution.
Charming and authentic cottage of 42 m2 with beautiful local stones, with its totally independent entrance.
Our cottage has 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, a living room with equipped kitchen and a private terrace. Tv in the living room.
At your disposal, large landscaped areas offered by our 1 hectare garden, as well as our pleasant 6 x 12 swimming pool (shared).
Nordic area, Sauna and hot bath privatized on reservation as well as a yoga room.
Here you can enjoy all the activities and historical sites that the Périgord has to offer away from the crowds to recharge your batteries.
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, featuring a kitchenette with a refrigerator and a stovetop. There's a private patio. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker, and housekeeping is provided on request.

A l'an que ven !

Nous ne pouvons que recommander le Mas Coutant. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le lieu est exceptionnel, calme, apaisant... Agathe et Manu sont très accueillants, bienveillants, aux petits soins. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter☺️
