Stay comfortably in rural Sardis at this 3-bedroom completely renovated cottage. Our location makes trips to Sardis Lake, Batesville, Oxford, Memphis metro as well as the MS Delta for your hunting excursions easy! Guests will find a lovely mix of sleeping options, including a king bed, queen bed, and twin beds, perfect for families or groups. The cottage features two bathrooms, each with a refreshing shower, convenient hair dryer and plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Starlink high speed Wi-Fi is available to guests. Smart TV in the primary bedroom and Roku TV in the living room as well as board games, cards, puzzles and books. Enjoy a cool breeze or cozy warmth thanks to the central air and heat. Light and bright in the living spaces, the bedrooms have blackout curtains, comfortable mattresses, and ceiling fans. The kitchen has new GE appliances and is stocked with utensils, pots and pans, dinnerware, and glassware. For the coffee/tea lover, there is also a Keurig K-Duo. If you have to work, there is a designated desk for that. A laundry room with washer, dryer and folding table is available on site. Beautiful home! Very quiet area. Susan has truly thought of everything - one of the nicest VRBO's I've stayed in. Nice outdoor area to drink your morning coffee. Be sure to go to Ms. Dee's for an amazing cheeseburger!
