Coco Bay Estates is a large gated development located between Playas del Coco and Playa Ocotal.  Tucked off the main road, you are just a 5-minute drive to the shops and restaurants of Playas del Coco.  Guests can access the development's Clubhouse which is home to a large pool, gym, tennis courts, and pickleball courts as well as a delicious restaurant, Sugoi. 

Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Guanacaste Airport (LIR), near Liberia.  Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!

- Coco Bay Amenities: Guests enjoy complimentary access to The Club at Coco Bay, which features a resort-style pool with waterfalls and a swim-up bar, poolside service from Sugoi Restaurant (Asian–Mexican fusion), a fitness center, yoga pavilion, and pickleball/tennis courts.
- Transportation: Casa Roble can be accessed by rental car or golf cart, with two private parking areas available. One parking area also includes a charging station for golf carts.
- Entertainment: Complimentary Wi-Fi and Smart TVs with streaming options.
- Work & Play: Several bedrooms include desks, making it easy to combine work and vacation
- Laundry: Full-size front-load washer and dryer conveniently located off the kitchen

Getting to the home is easy by car or private transfer. We can book you a rental car or you can use golf carts to get around during your stay. We do not recommend renting this property without transportation from the house to the town and beach. We don't have Uber here and taxis can be difficult to coordinate. There is plenty of parking at the home, with space for 2 vehicles in front of the garage and 2 more vehicles on a separate, private parking pad.

VARIABLE PRICING - Base pricing for this house starts for groups of 10.  Guests 11+ are charged $50/pp/night. This variable pricing structure allows groups of all sizes to enjoy the home.  Please be sure to enter your accurate group size for proper pricing.
