The primary bedroom has a futon sofa that can be used as an additional sleeping space - great for families!

NEW NEIGHBORS - There is a new building going up adjacent to the community and we know construction could be a bother on vacation, so we want to be up front about it. Note that construction only happens during the day and will not interrupt your time inside the condo, though you may have occasional construction noise while enjoying the Paradizio amenities. If you're visiting Costa Rica to explore the amazing beaches, volcanoes , waterfalls, and rainforests you probably won't even notice to work! Pura Vida!

EXTRA GUEST FEE - Nightly pricing is based on 4 guests. If using the futon sofa as a sleeping space, an additional $25/night fee will apply. This rate will calculate automatically based on the # of guests on the booking.
