On the first floor, one bedroom with a king bed, a spacious closet and a private bathroom with a shower, one bedroom with two twin beds and a private bathroom with a shower, an expansive open living area with a kitchen, dining space, and living room and a convenient half bathroom in the main living area.

The second floor offers two spacious bedrooms, each featuring a king bed, a private full bathroom, a large closet, and a flat-screen TV, a panoramic ocean views from both bedrooms, a wide connecting balcony with comfortable seating, offering a beautiful setting to enjoy the scenery and spectacular sunsets, a convenient minifridge perfect for keeping drinks chilled while enjoying sunset cocktails on the balcony and a full-size washer and dryer.

Just steps from the main house, the separate private casita offers additional space, privacy and independence, making it an excellent option for extended families or groups traveling together.

The casita is fully equipped with its own kitchen providing the flexibility to prepare meals and enjoy a more independent stay.
It offers a bedroom on the first floor with a king-size bed and a private full bathroom. A master bedroom with a queen-seize bed on the second floor and a private full bathroom. Flat-screen TVs in both bedrooms and an additional stacked washer and dryer. With its own living accommodations and amenities, the casita complements the main house beautifully, giving guests more room to spread out while staying close together.

The property includes a remote-controlled sliding security gate at the main entrance and an exterior security system.

Please note renting a car is highly recommended for this property, it will give you more flexibility to drive around town and access this rental property. Golf carts are not suitable for reaching this property.

LATE CHECK IN FEE: A $30 late check-in fee will be applied to guests arriving after 6 pm, a $50 late check-in fee will be applied after 9 pm in cash.
