Bright Coco Condo with Loft, Waterfall Pool, AC and Fiber WiFi

A bright, updated second-floor condo a few minutes from the center of Playas del Coco, built for families and longer stays. One bedroom with a queen, a loft with two twin beds, and vaulted ceilings that make the whole place feel open and airy. Sleeps 4.

The gated community wraps around a large free-form pool with a rock waterfall and a jetted spa, plus loungers, shade trees, and gardens. Kids can be at the pool in under a minute from the front door, and you can see it from the courtyard. There is a shared laundry on site and a big gated parking lot, which is not something every complex in Coco can offer.

WHY FAMILIES LIKE THIS ONE

The loft is the selling point. Two twin beds up an open hardwood staircase, overlooking the living room, so kids get their own space and parents get a real bedroom with a door and its own AC. The full kitchen means you are not eating out three times a day, and the on-site laundry means you can pack light and stay longer.

Fiber internet runs up to 600 Mbps, so remote work during the day and streaming in the evening both hold up.

The condo is 60 square metres / 645 square feet, but the vaulted ceilings and the open loft make it live much larger than the number suggests. The living area, kitchen and breakfast bar are one open room with a big arched window at the front. The bedroom is separate and closes off, with its own AC and its own balcony.

Laundry is shared and on site, and it is token operated. You buy tokens from the gardener, who is here every day except Sunday, and we will point you to him at check-in.

The condo is on the second floor, reached by an exterior staircase, and the loft is reached by an open staircase. Worth knowing if stairs are an issue for anyone in your group.

The beach is about a 20-minute walk from the gate, or about five minutes by car. The shops, restaurants and services at Plaza Colonial are a short walk.

Pool hours and rules are set by the community. Please follow the posted signs.

The loft is open to the living room rather than a separate closed bedroom, so we list this as a one-bedroom that sleeps four.
