Great Place

Place was great, suited all are needs. Property manager and maintenance guy were awesome!

Really nice conplex

Nice house but not clean when we got in. Some amenities listed were not available.No BBQ and no whirlpool.The private pool is shared between 4 units although no one used it the month we were there. The toilet paper was for one week then we had to buy our own. The amenities have since been updated to remove the BBQ. There were no cleaning supplies. We swept the dirt off the floor but could not wash it. Had to buy bleach to clean the bathrooms and laundry soap. There was no bakeware and few utensils so we had to buy foil pans and tongs to cook in the oven. No kettle and only one small pot so we asked for those and they were delivered a day later. I didn’t feel that this was a fully equipped kitchen or home for a month’s stay. It would be great for a week if you were planning to eat out all the time. The area is extremely dusty due to dirt roads and high winds. There was a fiesta across the street and it was very loud until 2:30-3 am. The only gas station in town is kitty corner. Lots of noisy road traffic creating dust as well. Two new buildings were constructed while we were there. We were told one is a rental store (not sure what they are renting) and the other a bus terminal. The walk to the grocery store is about 5 minutes, Buzz Monkey Restaurant 5 minutes (fantastic food), beach 15 minutes passing all sorts of restaurants/bars along the way. Best ones, Zi Lounge (pizza&happy hour), Indian, Italian, Greek. I would definitely go back to Coco Beach but not to this location.
