The hotel had a terrible sewage smell, tho the actual room appeared clean. There is constant noise from tenants that look like long term renters. Gun shoots where heard in the middle of the night. We left at 3am due to feeling unsafe.

Séjour plutôt décevant dans l’ensemble. À notre arrivée, une forte odeur de tabac était présente dans la chambre. Aucune serviette de toilette n’était mise à disposition alors que cela était indiqué dans la description de la réservation. La chambre était petite, heureusement que nous y étions uniquement pour dormir, pas de table/bureau. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec trois lits, mais avons finalement eu une chambre avec un lit double, pas très dérangeant mais il est agréable d’avoir la chambre réservée. Quelques problèmes également au niveau des équipements : le verrou de la salle de bain fonctionne mal et il est possible de rester bloqué si l’on ferme à clé. La porte de la chambre, qui s’ouvre avec un digicode, fonctionnait de manière aléatoire ; nous avons failli ne pas pouvoir rentrer à plusieurs reprises et avons dû demander de l’aide au personnel. Autre point négatif : alors que la chambre devait être libérée à 12h le dimanche, la femme de ménage est entrée avant 9h pour commencer le ménage. En nous voyant présents dans la chambre, elle est repartie immédiatement et s’est excusée malgré tout. Le petit-déjeuner reste assez cher par rapport au peu de choix proposés. Point positif malgré tout : le personnel était agréable et serviable dans l’ensemble.
