Pool was closed. Bugs in the sink. Milk bottle cap on the floor upon check in. Dirty walls in room. Dirty walls in bathroom. Burn mark on divider between sofa and bed. Not clean.

Good hotel.

A really nice and clean modern hotel. Loads of free parking and friendly staff. Its location is not near anything else so a car is needed. The breakfast was the only letdown and plastic plates and cutlery make it feel cheap.

Stayed at Hyatt Place Saratoga/Malta for a quick trip and was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff was friendly and made check-in super easy. Breakfast was fresh with plenty of options, and the location was convenient to Saratoga Springs without the crazy downtown prices. Definitely would stay again.
