The rooms need to have a broom in the room. After the beach trips, the sand made it so you didnt want to walk in your room without shoes. Invluding a broom in the room would solve that easily.

This was one of the best hotels i stayed in. The staff was amazing, amenities were awesome heated pool, tikki bar outside inside bar and full restaurant, their beach property was beautiful also. I definitely will be back next year to celebrate my birthday again.

Our stay at this hotel was disappointing from start to finish. We had to provide our credit card information three separate times during our stay because they kept losing it in their system. Because of their own mistake, the bar even flagged our room, and we couldn’t charge any food or drinks to it, which was incredibly embarrassing considering the bartender (more about her later) announced it in front of the other people sitting at the bar. When we got to our room, we found dried blood on the sheets and a pillowcase, which was absolutely unacceptable. Housekeeping did replace them, but something that unsanitary should never happen in the first place. To make matters worse, due to a plumbing issue, we didn’t have hot water the entire first day. It was lukewarm at best, which made showering uncomfortable after a long day of travel. The experience at the bar was appalling and truly an embarrassment to the hotel. The bartender Courtney was clearly drunk, unprofessional, and even winked and flirted with my husband, which made both of us uncomfortable. We were hoping to enjoy the pool area, but that was another disappointment. There were so many locals using the pool that we couldn’t get a chair, and the environment felt chaotic instead of relaxing. On top of that, there was a strong smell of marijuana around the pool, and the music was extremely loud, making it impossible to unwind. Overall, this hotel failed in every area that matters. I do not recommend staying here.
