“The President” can accommodate up to 8 guests with a bedding configuration as follows:
•Bedroom #1: King Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2; 2 twin fold out floor mattresses (2) - sleeps: 2

•Bedroom #3: King Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2

POOL HEATER RULES: Pool heat temp is set at 83º and runs each day from 7 AM until 7 PM from October 15-April 15. Outside of these dates, the Florida weather should naturally heat the pool. Pool temperatures are not guaranteed. This pool is heated by a heat pump and is only capable of heating to around 20-25 degrees warmer than the ambient temperature. (If the high for the day is 55, the pool may only be able to reach 75).

PET POLICY: This home has a $20/pet/day fee. Aggressive/Large breeds (ie. pitbulls, etc) will need to be approved by management prior to your stay. Unclaimed pets will result in a minimum fine of $500/pet. By making this reservation, you agree to this policy. DOGS ONLY. CATS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Experience the serenity of our world class beaches where you can swim, sunbathe, surf, paddle board, and fish. Take a morning walk down to the soft white sand of Siesta Key Beach or to little Shell Beach to find sand dollars and an assortment of other sea shells. Head to the South side of Siesta key to check out Turtle Beach; a more secluded beach with less people and great surf fishing on the south end.

Visit one of the centerpieces of Siesta Key, the AMI City Pier where there is great fishing and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Take a stroll down the Coquina Baywalk and Leffis Key to find a small nature walk with peaceful walking trails.

Perfect St Armands getaway

We were two couples staying in the house which was perfect for our needs. The owner/manager did a fantastic job rehabbing the house post-hurricane so we were able to keep our reservation. There were a few minor issues when we checked in and within an hour or two everything was solved. The combination of a great, well-equipped house, lovely heated pool, location and responsive management made for a perfect vacation. We hope to stay in this home again next year.

Great location, right by the circle and all the things we wanted to do daily. Only negative was pool is not screened in so there was stuff in it daily making it hard to enjoy. Would for sure stay here again for future trips.

Amazing home, amazing location. We walked to Saint Armand's to eat and shop. Just a quick drive to Lido Beach, or downtown Sarasota. The pool is clean and refreshing.The home is lovely, well appointed and gated. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us. All you need to do is pack your bags. We hope to stay here next year :)

Loved that it had private pool. Wish there weren’t so many trees surrounding it. Seed pods leaves and even a few large palm branches were constantly falling in pool so we ended up cleaning it each day. Expected some debris in pool this time of year but it was a lot. Beds and living room furniture were very comfy. Outdoor loungers were nice but the rest of the outdoor furniture needs to be cleaned or replaced. Location was excellent! Walked to dinner each night.

Second time here and love the place

The houe works out perfectly for the 4 of us. Bedrooms are good size. 3 bathrooms is a plus. Plenty of space for eating, lounging, and the backyard and the pool are perfect. You can have shade or sunshine in the backyard. The pool is very clean and refreshing.

3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms is a great combo. The backyard with nice lounge chairs and a grill and a private pool. The backyard is perfect if you want the option of sun or shade. Kitchen is very adequate with a nice larfw dining table. TV’s were large and internet connection is very good. The hosts are very attentive to any specific requests.

Perfect position for St. Armands

We had a great time in this bungalow apart from a few minor problems with heating etc which we did get sorted. I would say a couple of annoying things we found were the pool heater was on 24/7, which kept us awake at night as it was right by the side of the bungalow , goodness knows how much the heating bills are, no curtains in the top windows in the main bedroom so we had to sleep with eye masks on … Also the kitchen saucepans were very odd and old, I suggest a new set is provided for the next guests . The beach chairs and bikes definitely need replacing. Very old and rusty . We did find the barbecue quite handy and used it most days .

A nice house in a great location. Pool was very nice and relaxing had plenty of outdoor seating. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. This property was amazing, perfect for our family of six. Very short walk from St. Armands Circle, and plenty of other activities within a short drive, including the amazing beaches. The house was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. The pool was great as well. Our whole family loved it. The property manager was extremely helpful and took great care of us. Perfect location, fabulous house and dog friendly

We were fortunate to have 5 weeks at this clean and functional house. First the location is truly a block and a half from St Armand's Circle. But when we were in the very private backyard with the pool and palm trees we didn't hear anything except frogs. We have two dogs, and never had to worry about them getting out to the street. The outside area has 3 different relaxation spots, and all are gated from the road and from each other. The front yard has a porch-type swing and a lovely fountain and pond; there's a terrific eating area with large table and grill on the side; and then there's the beautiful pool area in back. The beach is about .8 miles away. We tried walking it using the buggy but it was too much for us, so we just put the chairs and buggy in the car and tried all of the beautiful Lido beaches. We had a single friend stay for a couple of days, and the house is laid out in a way that ensures privacy. Two of the bedrooms are separated from the master suite by the living room and kitchen so everyone feels like they have their own private bedroom/bath. We had a couple of questions, and Courtney and Steve were always responsive. The pool is not screened in, so the palm leaves fall in sometimes. Trevor, the pool maintenance guy, was there like clockwork every Thurs morning, and kept it clean and working. We had no issues. It doesn't get any better than staying at this lovely house in the best location I can think of in Sarasota.

Awesome stay!

We really enjoyed the location of the house. Each night, we walked to the square and took in the shops. It is about a two minute walk. We also walked to the beach, which is a bit longer but completely manageable. The day we spent on the beach, we drove and parked at a public lot so we wouldn’t have to lug everything during the walk. You really will have a tough time beating the location of the house. The house was clean and spacious. The pool was nice. Our only complaint would be that there was no hot water running to one of the bathrooms. Also, the toilet in that bathroom ‘ran’ frequently and actually, the tank was filled with hot water! So, it was a little disappointing that we couldn’t utilize all of the showers. And I am having trouble understanding why the hot water wouldn’t work in one.
