You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

The Ivanhoe Getaway

A coastal chic home away from home. You are going to step into a fun relaxing oasis with a large private backyard to gather and grill/relax by the fire. Only a few minutes from the beautiful white sand beaches, downtown SRQ, and St. Armands Circle. A great location to have the city life but also quiet enough to relax when you need some RNR. This house is part of a duplex contact owner if interested in renting both units. Both have private yards.

We do have two security cameras on the outside of the property to see the driveway and ensure everyone’s safety.

No more than 5 people, if more than 5 people at the house at a time an extra charge will be made or asked to leave the premises.

Minimum age required for booking is 25

Absolutely no parties or events. If this occurs a fine will be sent and you will be asked to leave the premises.

No smoking or vaping inside or in the backyard area of the house. If smoking or vaping does occur a fine will be sent.

For stays longer than 3 weeks we charge an extra smaller cleaning fee to have a mid-stay cleaning of $115, which will be scheduled however you like.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
Take in the views from a garden and make use of amenities such as barbecue grills.

Great location & cute set up

Super cute rental with pretty much anything you need for a beach trip & more. Great central location, less than 15 mins to everything. I would stay here again.

Such a cute place! Every detail is thought of. Beautiful backyard. Very clean. Walking distance to great restaurants, Trader Joe’s, and a Barnes and Noble. Close to major attractions like Ringling, Downtown, and Siesta Key. We loved our stay. Very responsive and kind host. We will be back! We will be back.
