Bring the whole family as this home features 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. This very spacious home is almost 2,600 square feet with plenty of room to relax. Huge open living area. You will love the fenced backyard featuring multiple seating areas and a pool to relax in. Portable putting green and safe ax throwing. Lot's of space. It is steps away from the world famous St. Armand's circle featuring fabulous restaurants, coffee shops, beauty salon and a variety of other shopping. 6 minute walk to the beach, 5 min drive to Mote Aquarium, 7 min drive to beautiful Selby Gardens. There is always plenty to do with kayaking tour guide nearby leaving from Ted Sperling Park, and the most beautiful sunsets to see every day. Primary bedroom has a King "Sleep Number" bed, 2nd bedroom has a King bed, 3rd bedroom has single bed that can be made into 2 single beds and entry formal living room has a pullout queen sleeper sofa.

Dream Home!
The pictures do not do this place justice. You really have to just be there to really understand how great it is. The location is perfect--so close to the beach, so close to St Armands. The layout is fantastic. The couch is so cozy. We loved the mango tree and the thick grass. As our home remodel has dragged on, we have stayed in quite a few vacation rentals in the area and this one exceeded all others. There are just lots of little perks to the house that you realize when you are staying there. You can tell the owners put love and attention into this home. The house is just so unique and we really loved it. The property manager was very easy to communicate with. Thanks so much!

Wonderful home and amazing location
House was perfect for our family of 5. We stayed 6 weeks and fell in love with StvArmand circle. So much going on and great restaurants. 8 minute walk to beach. Sidewalks encourage walking/ biking.

Amazing property
The property manager was fantastic. Great communication. The check in process was simple as we arrived late and left early, contact free check in. The house is in great shape and had plenty of supplies. The pool was fantastic. Great location. Short walk to the beach or St Armand’s Circle. Not one complaint. I definitely plan to come back.
