Staff never checked on us although they walk right past you personally multiple tImes daily. No smile no hello.had to go to the back of the pool area where thier work area is to ask for toilet paper also had to take towels/ pool towels back to fet fresh ones.Not attentive or friendly to say the least. Now the worst part of the stay! THE BEDS!! OMG HARD AS A ROCK SO VERY UNCOMFORTABL. The beds had my husband and myself feeling more like we had slept on a floor not in a $300.00 plus dollar a night hotel on vacation. Wouldnt stay There again for that fact alone. THAT BAD!

We loved our stay at Siesta Key Beach Resort! The front desk staff (Rachel, Anya, Owen) were so accommodating, the rooms were new and clean, the pool was amazing and relaxing, and the location was perfect! Walkable to everything and a block to the beach. We will be back!
