This is a 1000 square foot two-bedroom apartment, offers a queen-size bed in the first bedroom and two Full-size beds in the second bedroom (full-size sofas in the living room). - Check-in/out: Check-in time: 3:00 pm. Check-out time: 11:00 am. Pet Fee: $100/Month/Stay due upon arrival Housekeeping: We provide all the necessary for your stay (linens, towels, hangers, etc.). No daily housekeeping service is provided. Rules: Do not use the grill under the roof, move it outside prior to using it (It will damage the ceiling and walls!). Let us know of any special requests (like traveling with a service dog) prior to booking. NO smoking inside the house. On occasions, and for reasons beyond our control, we might need to transfer reservations from an initially assigned house to another similar one. At checkout please leave the key in the lockbox (lockbox combination provided in instruction inside the unit). We are NOT responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings or valuables of guests, or for any accident, injuries, or illness that may occur while on our premises. We encourage our guests to purchase traveler's insurance. When renting from us, guests are accepting these rules.
- Cable and internet are provided at no additional fee. Because service, downtime, bad signals, etc, are completely out of control, we cannot guarantee service. No refunds will be given due to internet service issues
